Salmon Tacos

Fresh grilled salmon served over a bed of cabbage then topped with fire roasted corn, fresh jalapenos, crumbled feta cheese and sliced avocado. Served with fresh lime, black beans & yellow rice.

Pork Belly Sliders

Smoked pork belly tossed in Nashville hot sauce then topped with sauteed pickles & onions. Served on potato rolls with Tiki Fries.

Castaway Salad

Bed of chopped romaine topped with coconut crusted chicken, strawberry salsa, sliced avocado, cucumber, red onion & crumbled feta. Chef recommends balsamic vinaigrette.

Turkey Caprese Stack

Smoked turkey, sliced fresh mozzarella, sliced red tomato, basil pesto, fresh spinach & balsamic glaze drizzle on a toasted ciabatta roll. Served with Tiki Fries.

Nashville Hot Pork Belly Bites

Pork belly smoked for hours til tender then sliced into chunks and tossed in our Nashville hot sauce.

Ultimate Turkey Feast

Smoked Turkey served over a pile of mashed potatoes and cornbread stuffing, smothered with our BBQ turkey gravy. Served with vegetables.

Sticky Ribs Platter

Our famous house smoked Ribs (half rack) smothered with our sticky BBQ sauce. Served with coleslaw, Tiki Fries & cornbread.

Spinach Artichoke Shrimp Pasta

Jumbo Gulf Shrimp dusted with Caribbean jerk seasoning then grilled to perfection. Served over a bed of pasta with a spinach artichoke cheese sauce. Served with batard bread.
