Great restaurant! We come here every time we stay on the island! Service is great, food is wonderful, and they have live music most of the times.

Beautiful place right on the beach. It is a fun and relaxing spot. Emilie was our server and she is a gem. Knows her job so well and has been there over a decade! That tells you a lot about the people who run the place! Food was delicious and the restaurant offered a lot of choices. There is valet parking which is an absolute necessity in that area. Hope you enjoy your time there!

My favorite place to eat when I come down for vacation. I havent been since 2024, and honestly don't like the new renovations, it lost a lot of parking, also not a fan of valet and no option to just park, games are gone, and less seats near the water. I understand the damages from the hurricane, but it lost its outside awesomeness. Still amazing food

Great place to stop before or after the beach or no beach at all! The shrimp fritters were unique and delicious. The kids liked the little sand bucket the food came in, and the portion was huge. We also ordered a sampler, calamari, and tuna. They have a great tiki bar to order happy hour and to go drinks at, too. The live music was nice!

Great place to enjoy lunch or dinner. Food was amazing. Awesome service. Highly recommended.

Updated June 2026 Still our favorite place to go. The tiki hut is a nice addition and the vibes always high. Food and drinks as well as the service are always great. Updated January 2025 They put a lot of effort in recovering from the hurricanes. Please support them when they are ready to re-open! Updated August 2024: We had a great time as always! We visited twice during our last stay. Food is great and even though it’s always packed, especially on weekends, the service is always really good and fast! It’s a fun place to listen to live music while enjoying a drink. The only pity we experienced (with all the restaurants from the Manasota Key Group) is that they have trouble with using European credit cards. I think it might be a technical issue. Or they need to understand that they eventually have to put the card inside on the bottom and let the customers use their pin. And not swipe the card through on the side. I hope that gets fixed. 2023: We’ve been there quite a lot and they never disappoint! The food is always fresh, especially the fries are delicious and the drinks are also great. They also offer vegetarian options. It’s a fun place with waterfront dining and live music as well.

We are so glad that we decided to try the SandBar Tiki & Grille. I had the shrimp basket and my wife had the grouper basket. We both loved the food. Both baskets were served with a side of coleslaw. I’m not usually a fan of coleslaw, but it was delicious. We also had a couple of drinks. I was glad to see that they had Stella on tap, and my wife ordered a Coco Loco. The service was fantastic, as was the live music. Needless to say, we would definitely try it again when we are vacationing down here again.

Great bar/restaurant! The tiki bar and all the fire pit tables are a great add. Ashlee is an awesome bartender. Definitely recommend!

Great stuff! We've been here several times over the years. It's consistently very good! The atmosphere is real fun. Outside, there are lots of fun games to play and also a live band plays at many times. There is a covered eating area with fans to keep a little cooler if you don't want to be inside but also not in the direct sun. Great seafood if that's your thing.

We LOVE Sandbar!! We make a point to visit everytime we are vacationing in the area. We even held our rehearsal dinner here for our wedding, and all of our guests had a great time!

I come here often, and there is something here for Everyone! Delicious food, cold beverages, live music twice a day, and an Amazing staff from the bussers & hostesses, through to management and security. My go to server is Paige, but I enjoy conversating with all the staff... Gabby, April, Mickayla, Ella, Anna, Bri, Kait, Ann, Alaina, Paizlee, Allie, Sabrina, Greta, Joe, Alden, Carrie, Cindy, Colleen, Rich, Jess, Coach, Sean, Jessica.. I apologize if I left anyone out. Basically, I'm a seasoned fan of everything SandBar! I'm thankful to have SandBar as my Happy Place! ❤️

We came to Englewood for vacation. We went to the Chophouse first and couldn’t be seated after 10 mins of waiting and no one really sitting for dinner(4:30pm). We came to the Tiki and Grille and boy do I feel it was ment to happen. They had an amazing live band (believe their name was “the kollection) and the food was amazing. Although we plowed through the nachos and didn’t save much room for our burgers we managed to get one bite at least and the mix of flavors were amazing. Our server was Gaby and provided a wonderful experience and great customer service. Highly recommend to anyone and will probably be visiting again this week while on vacation.

First time at The Sandbar delicious appetizers and entrees the staff was amazing. Ashley our server was amazing. She was so professional attentive and kind! Food was awesome and music was great as well

I love this place. Always has live music and I've always has great service. Tonight was no different. Was just in and out (food csme out super fast) because across the street, after dinner, what's better than watching one of the US's top rated sunset destinations......not a whole lot.

Delicious food and great atmosphere. The smell of the brisket on the smoker is heavenly!

Since the remodel and parking change, this place is awesome. Lots of seating, good food selections and mandatory valet parking if you drive here.
